                               RESOLUTION NO. 18727
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
                   PROPOSAL FROM CAMP, DRESSER & MCKEE AND
                   AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ANY
                   NECESSARY AGREEMENTS RELATIVE TO
                   PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
                   DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMBINED
                   SEWER OVERFLOW STORAGE/TRANSPORT TUNNEL FOR
                   ROSS'S LANDING FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                   THREE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($394,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a proposal from Camp, Dresser & McKee and that the
       Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute any necessary
       agreements relative to professional engineering services for the
       design and construction of the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO)
       Storage/Transport Tunnel for Ross's Landing for an amount not to
       exceed $394,000.00.
